ContentAdvisor- http://Answers Yahoo.com/my/profile – cre…?

on each click or steps that I take, I get a pop up that on top is written "Content Advisor – ….." depend which web site and forced me to put my password in, otherwise it blocks that page and does not let to continue.
This pop up appears in each click on the web or mail.
It has started a so said large pop up apeared on the screen of my desk top and there is noway that I can get rid of it. It forced to down load or buy the PC Antispyware or PC Cleaner, etc.

    Above you can find info on PCcleaner and that
    it is in Malwarebytes definitions and you can also
    see below some info about PC Antispyware……so
    run this excellent program to remove all threats,
    and this is entirely FREE and a trusted program.

    I have not mentioned Content Advisor as that
    has already been dealt with in above answer.
